Xiaomi’s wearable brand, Huami, will start selling the Amazfit Verge smartwatch in India from January 15, exclusively on Amazon. It features a 1.3-inch (360 x 360 pixels) AMOLED display and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. The device comes with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of eMMC storage.
Sensors include an optical heart rate monitor (PPG), accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, air pressure sensor, NFC, GPS and GLONASS.
The Amazfit Verge has a 390mAh battery and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It has been priced at 799 yuan (around $115, Rs. 8,400) in China, but there’s no word on the India price.
