Asus has announced a 2019 upgrade for the ZenBook 14 at CES, which now packs the latest Intel 'Whiskey Lake' processors, for improved power consumption, and also gets an option for Nvidia GeForce MX150 graphics. The Ultrabook will not be short on power as it can hold up to 16GB of RAM into a sleek, thin-and-light body that weighs under 1.45 kg.
Like the ZenBook Pro 15 from last year, the touchpad on the Asus ZenBook 14 can double up as a number pad, but that's the only extra it comes with unlike the ScreenPad feature of ZenBook Pro 15. The new Asus ZenBook 14 is priced at $749, which is a great price given its design and specs. There's no word on when it will be available, but Asus quotes a Q1 2019 release date.
