Alongside the refreshed Swift 7 lineup, Acer also announced a new Chromebook 315 lineup at the CES 2019. The entire range is powered by AMD processors with Radeon graphics. The exact chips include the A6-9220C or the A4-9120C.
The laptops feature 15.6-inch panels, but while the top-end model will be offered with a 1080p touchscreen, low-end variants will get standard 1366 x 768 panels. The laptops are offered with up to 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 64GB eMMC storage.
The Chromebook 315 lineup comes with a 54 Wh Li-Ion battery that the company claims is good enough for a 10-hr battery life. The Acer Chromebook 315 will start at $279.99 in the US and is expected to be available starting February.
