LG has officially announced that it will start the Android Pie roll-out for its G7 ThinQ smartphone in Q1, 2019. According to a post on the company’s official blog, the roll-out will start in South Korea before being expanded globally.
It’s worth noting that LG has been running the Android Pie beta program for the device in South Korea for more than a month, so it isn’t exactly a surprise that the update has finally been confirmed officially.
There’s no exact date for the update to start rolling out, but we’ll hopefully get more info in the coming days.
