WhatsApp has now started rolling out the limitation on message forwards for users all over the world.
“Starting today, WhatsApp will be implementing this change, globally i.e. all users on the latest versions of WhatsApp can now forward to only five chats at once,” WhatsApp said in a blog post.
You will now only be able to forward content to five contacts at a time, but you can still continue to send it to more people if you keep repeating the process of forwarding messages for groups of five.
“The new change will continue to help keep WhatsApp focused on private messaging with close contacts,” the company added.
