Even before the Nokia 9 PureView with its 'penta-cam' setup is unleashed on global smartphone buyers, rumors about its successor have seemingly started leaking out.
According to tipster @LeaksNokia, the 2nd-gen Nokia 9 PureView will retain its 5-camera setup, but sport the latest hardware components, including the Snapdragon 855 SoC. It is also said to support 5G connectivity, and feature a "true edge-to-edge" 2K display with a punch-hole to house the selfie-cam. The phone's launch date is tentatively set for August 2019.
Do note that the aforementioned rumor has already been dismissed as 'fantasy' by another tipster, @nokia_anew, who has a proven track record of leaking correct info about Nokia smartphones.
