According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple will launch three distinct iPhone models this year, just like it did in 2018. Two of the models will reportedly feature OLED displays, while one will sport an LCD display.
The publication quoted ‘people familiar with the matter’ to report that the top-end model will have triple cameras at the rear, while the other two variants will come with dual-cam setups.
While the iPhone XR successor will still have an LCD panel this year, the company is apparently planning to drop LCD for good in favor of OLED panels in 2020.
