Apple has quietly released three new ‘Smart Battery Cases’ for the iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max. Made out of silicone, the devices have been priced at a massive $129 a pop, and are being offered in black or white color options.
All the cases are compatible with Q1 wireless charging and come with a distinctive bump on the back to accommodate the extra battery pack, which, according to Apple, will offer 39 hours of talk-time, 22 hours of internet usage and up to 27 hours of video playback.
The cases are currently available for purchase in the US on the official Apple website for $129 each.
