Warner Bros, Bethesda Settle Westworld-Fallout Shelter Game Lawsuit


After its release in mid-2018, Westworld mobile game, not only was panned by critics but also earned itself a lawsuit from Bethesda Softworks for copying Fallout Shelter. Warner Bros and Behavior Interactive, which made both games was sued by Bethesda for using copyrighted code.
But now the lawsuit has been resolved as Bethesda claims to have resolved the dispute and settled the case.  Interestingly, Bethesda had claimed at the time of its lawsuit that Warner Bros or Behavior had copied a lot of code, including bugs from Fallout Shelter that was also present in Westworld.
