Delhi-based entertainment travel services provider, GoldSeat, has introduced a new service called ‘GoldLiv’that adds safety, control and live features.
According to the official press release, the platform not only lets passengers stream online content, but also allows the travel operators to have virtual access inside the bus with the support of live cameras and telematics.
In addition, the platform has an integrated “Passenger Information System” that keeps passengers informed about their journey, with Destination ETAs, Arrival Announcements, Weather Updates, Breaking News and more.
Apart from location tracking, the GoldLiv platform triggers automatic alerts on the bus ETA, and issues warnings if the vehicle is speeding or it goes off-rout. In cases of emergency, the travel and tour operator also has the ability to remotely immobilize the bus, said the press release.
