Hike Wallet Based on UPI gets in Hike 5.0 Update for Android & iOS user

As we heard rumors back in April that Hike Messenger will launch a UPI payment service in the Hike Messenger app itself. This type of feature is also present in Truecaller App. In hike app, new update users can transfer money directly from the app itself without any additional charges as UPI service is free as of now. The company has introduced New wallet service based on UPI digital payment service, with Hike 5.0 latest update.

This new feature rolled out in Android devices first, and iOS devices will get by the end in July. Since the Hike 5.0 update will be rolling to all Android and iOS users by Sunday. At this moment, only 5% users have received the update.

Hike Wallet will allow users to transfer money instantly to any bank in India. This feature requires a bank account along with UPI Id, money will be transferred to bank account. This Wallet feature is similar to BHIM app. Imagine, if any user does not have a bank account, then the amount will be stored in the recipient's Hike wallet. Hike wallet is powered by Yes Bank to carry out the payment service.
