‘The Social Network’ Writer Says It’s Time for a Sequel to the Hit Facebook Movie

Facebook’s controversial couple of years are ripe for a movie. At least that’s what Aaron Sorkin, the man who wrote the critically-acclaimed 2010 film, ‘The Social Network’, has to say. Sorkin believes it’s time for a sequel to the movie, which recounted the company’s formation and early days.
Speaking to The Associated Press, Sorkin said, “A lot of very interesting, dramatic stuff has happened since the movie ends with settling the lawsuit from the Winklevoss Twins and Eduardo Saverin”.
According to him, the film’s producer, Scott Rudin, also seems to feel the same way, and apparently even sent him an e- mail asking, “Isn’t it time for a sequel?”.
