Asus has announced a new mobile workstation called StudioBook S (W700) aimed at designers, architects, content creators and programmers, rivaling the likes of the ThinkPad P-series laptops.
The StudioBook S (W700) features a 17-inch, 16:10 FHD (1,920 x 1,200) NanoEdge display in a 15-inch chassis and weighs in at just 2.39 kg.
The device is powered by hexa-core Intel processors - either a Xeon E-2176M or a Core i7-8750H - with Nvidia Quadro P3200 graphics. Support for up 64GB of RAM comes with the option of ECC memory for added stability. You can also get up to 4TB of NVMe SSD storage in a RAID 0 setup.
The Asus StudioBook S (W700) will be available in the coming months, with pricing and configurations to be announced at launch.
