AMD Demoes 3rd-Gen Desktop Ryzen CPUs and Radeon VII 7nm GPU for $699

At CES 2019, AMD announced the launch of its next flagship video card, Radeon VII. According to the company, the new video card comes with the Vega 20 GPU, which is 64 percent faster than the Vega 10 found within the RX Vega 64.
The new card has been priced at $699, and will be available for purchase from February 7. It can be bought from both AMD and third-party vendors, but the former will offer Resident Evil 2Devil May Cry 5and The Division 2 with its own version.
AMD also previewed its 3rd-gen Ryzen desktop processors that will be built on the 7nm process node using Zen 2 architecture. The only chip that was showcased was an octa-core, 16-threaded unit that seemed to be at par with the Intel Core i9-9900K in multi-threaded benchmarks, racking up 2,057 points on Cinebench R15, while the Intel chip scored 2,040 points.
