A new Xiaomi phone, codenamed ‘Cepheus’, has been spotted on Geekbench, raising speculations that it may be the rumored Mi 9 expected to be launched in March.
As can be seen in the accompanying screenshot, the Xiaomi Cepheus is powered by the Snapdragon 855, packs 6GB of RAM and runs Android Pie. The phone notches up a single-core score of 3,524 and a multi-core score of 11,260.
Earlier leaks have suggested that the Mi 9 will feature a massive 6.4-inch full-HD+ 1080p AMOLED display, and have a triple rear-camera setup, including the Sony’s 48MP IMX586 as the primary sensor. The phone is also said to sport a 3,500mAh battery with 32W fast-charging support.
