Cryptocurrency Startup Planning to Sell Bitcoin at Grocery Stores

Bitcoin ATM company called Coinme has reportedly entered into a partnership with coins-to-cash converter, Coinstar, as part of its plans to sell Bitcoin at grocery stores in the US.
In a press statement, Coinme co-founder and CEO, Neil Bergquist, said: “Bitcoin is now accessible at your local grocery store via Coinstar kiosks, and this offering will make it even easier for consumers to participate in this dynamic new economy”.
While Coinstar operates coin-to-cash conversion kiosks in several countries, the so-called Bitcoin Teller Machines (BTMs) will only be installed at a handful of convenience stores in California, Washington and Texas. It’s not immediately known when the service will expand to other locations going forward.
